1. Only 66% of the children who start first grade will complete grade six? (60% of the dropouts occur in the first two grades. - Phi. Dept of Education)

2. More than one million Filipino children ages six to 12 do not attend school.

3. The dropout rates in high school and college are 30% and 70% respectively.
